After the success of WiSAR’s ChatGPT: Large Language Models for Small to Medium Enterprises series, the initiative was adapted for a French audience under the ENAIBLER project. Victor Vila, Data & AI Project Manager at ARNia, Agence Régionale du Numérique et de l’intelligence artificielle and a key stakeholder in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region, were inspired by the WiSAR led AI workshop held during the ENAIBLER meeting in Donegal, Ireland.
Drawing from this experience, Victor facilitated a workshop on generative AI at the Create Tomorrow (Créer Demain) event on November 28, 2024.
Victor’s session, Introduction to Generative AI, directly built upon the Donegal workshop. He adapted the content to meet the needs of a French business audience, aligning with the ENAIBLER project’s mission to promote knowledge-sharing and AI skill development across Europe.
The workshop showcased a practical comparison of approaches to problem-solving, with and without generative AI, helping participants grasp the opportunities and challenges of integrating AI into their workflows. Victor shared real-world applications of generative AI and encouraged attendees to explore how these tools could address their specific business challenges.
The session was designed to be accessible, requiring no prior knowledge of AI. Participants were introduced to popular tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Venice.ai, with guidance on setting up free accounts before the workshop.
Create Tomorrow was co-organized by ARNia, Polytech Dijon, and La French Tech Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, with support from the ENAIBLER partner, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté Region. The event offered local businesses a chance to engage with emerging technologies and prepare for the future.
Victor’s workshop not only provided participants with practical insights into generative AI but also highlighted the value of international collaboration within the ENAIBLER project. It underscored how cross-border efforts can drive AI adoption and innovation.
We are delighted to see the broader application of our popular series and look forward to rolling out further iterations in the new year.
