Zayed Nasser

Zayed Nasser holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), where he completed his Master’s in 2022. His postgraduate research centered on advanced antenna design, with a particular focus on reconfigurable and highly integrated antenna circuits—crucial technologies for enabling compact, frequency-agile, and multifunctional wireless systems in next-generation IoT applications.

In 2024, he began his PhD studies at Atlantic Technological University (ATU) as a TU RISE Scholar. His doctoral research, titled “5G Indoor Positioning Utilizing Self-Morphing Wall Patch and Circular Polarization MIMO Transceivers for Smart Factories,” aims to develop high-precision indoor positioning systems to support enhanced efficiency and reliability in Industry 4.0 environments.

Zayed’s research interests span wireless communication, 5G technologies, antenna design, electromagnetic wave propagation, and intelligent surfaces for IoT and smart manufacturing applications.
