Mohamed Amjath received the BSc degree in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka, in 2018, and the MSc degree in Computer Science from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, in 2020. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science with the Department of Computing, Atlantic Technological University, Donegal, Ireland, under the supervision of Dr. Shagufta Henna.
His Ph.D. research focuses on developing graph-based federated learning approaches to enhance security and privacy in the Internet of Health Things (IoHTs). His broader research interests include the Internet of Things, differential privacy, privacy-preserving deep learning, and federated learning.
