Mallikharjuna Rao Sakhamuri is a PhD student in Department of Computing at Atlantic Technological University, working with Shagufta Henna, Leo Creedon and Kevin Meehan. Their research focuses on Graph based AI models, Explainable AI, Graph generative AI. Before this, he completed a ” MSc in Computing in Big Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence” at Atlantic Technological University. Their current work explores “Human innate immune response modelling using graph-based deep learning”.
