Ben is an assistant lecturer in the Department of Electronic and Mechanical Engineering at Atlantic Technological University based at Letterkenny campus. Ben holds a BEng(Hons) in Embedded Systems Design and a MSc by Research on the subject of “Energy Harvesting for Wireless Sensors”
Before moving to the role of assistant lecturer in September 2024, ben had previously worked as a Business Development Engineer at the WiSAR Lab and its predecessor the EPICentre. With over 20 years experience on collaborative industry projects, having been involved in a wide range of industry and research projects.
His research interests include embedded system design, wireless communications and small scale energy harvesting in the area of low power electronics.
