Anagha Ramesh M is a PhD candidate at Atlantic Technological University (ATU) under the TU Rise MATX programme, supervised by Prof. Suresh C. Pillai and Dr. Karla Muñoz Esquivel. She is pursuing doctoral research on AIoT-based self-powered sensors for wearable applications. Her work focuses on high-entropy energy harvesting and self-powered wearable sensing using piezoelectric and triboelectric nanogenerators, with integrated IoT frameworks for real-time data acquisition, connectivity, and intelligent monitoring. Recently, she developed a flexible piezoelectric nanogenerator for advanced structural health-monitoring applications.

She holds a master’s degree in physics from SRM University, India. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked in the Electronic Materials and Devices Group at CSIR-NIIST, India, gaining expertise in advanced materials and printed-ink technologies for space applications in collaboration with the Satellite Centre, Ahmedabad, India.

Her research interests include piezoelectric and triboelectric flexible devices, AIoT systems, humidity sensors, printed electrochemical sensors, and flexible electronic devices.
