Encouraging behavioral change towards energy efficient practices
Countries across the Northern Periphery and Arctic area share climate change challenges and the need for citizens to understand and contribute to energy efficient practices. The CHANGE preparatory project prepares for a main project by analysing barriers to change and ideas for how they can be overcome. We then identify partners with complementary skills that in a full project can take part in developing pilots and exhibition models supporting behavioural change.
