We are delighted to announce that the WiSAR Lab will participate in the Donegal Local Enterprise Week event, Transform Your Business With Digital, What Digital Transformation Means For SMEs, which will take place live at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Letterkenny, on Thursday, March 10th, from 9.30am to 12.30pm.
This event will show how digitalization is evolving in business and industry and, by looking at real life examples, will explore the practicalities of what Digital Transformation means for SMEs.

A key challenge that many businesses face today is how to get started with Digital Transformation. This event will show how digitalization is evolving in business and industry and, by looking at real life examples, will explore the practicalities of what Digital Transformation means for SMEs, from customer experience, to reducing costs and improving efficiencies.
Using case study companies, we will learn from the experiences of other Irish SMEs and demonstrate how their experiences can be applied to your business; we will also look at tools and aids that are available to support you on your digitalization journey, both locally and nationally, including the recently launched Digitalisation4Micro vouchers from your Local Enterprise Office.
Representatives from both WiSAR Lab, LYIT and Donegal ETB will share their expertise on how they can support you on your digitalisation journey and to showcase a range of equipment available in the county to enable your digital strategy.
The workshop will end in a Q&A session. There will be an opportunity to see equipment in operation from the LYIT and to visit Donegal ETB to see their latest addition – large scale robotic welder. This will help you to consider how this can add value to your business and what you do to be more competitive.
The event will be presented by Ray Cunniffe. Ray is Head of Digital Transformation with Jigsaw Better Business, and has spent the best part of the last 10 years looking at how the introduction of technology can be a driver for cost savings, better customer experience, productivity, efficiency gains, and brings competitive advantages in tough markets.
